Shipping

We offer both standard and expedited shipping. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping is 2-3 business days.

Free standard shipping is available for Domestic (US) orders.

International shipping is not currently available.
Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns on opened or used products. Refunds are available for unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will replace the affected parts.

We do not offer exchanges, but we will gladly assist in resolving any issues with your order.
Pre-Orders
For items that are currently out of stock, we offer pre-order options. Once the item is available, it will be shipped immediately. You will receive regular updates on the status of your pre-order.
