Shipping Policy

At Moments Unboxed, we strive to get your Scavenger Hunt Surprise Reveal Box to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates and Delivery:

  • We offer FREE standard shipping for all domestic orders within the United States.

  • Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost, which will be calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days.

International Shipping:

  • We do not currently offer International Shipping. However, if you have a special circumstance or request, please reach out to Contact@momentsunboxed.com to see if an accommodation can be made. 

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays:

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, inclement weather, or customs processing for international shipments.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at Contact@momentsunboxed.com.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Moments Unboxed, we want you and your child to have the best possible experience with our products. Please read the following carefully regarding returns and refunds for our Scavenger Hunt Surprise Reveal Box:

Returns:

Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used Scavenger Hunt Surprise Reveal Boxes. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to replace the damaged components. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to make it right.

Refunds:

Refunds are only available for unopened and unused boxes in their original packaging. If you wish to request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges at this time. However, if there are any issues with your order, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will provide replacement parts or components if necessary.
